Perfect for a romantic and charming holiday, the apartment is located in a neighborhood that offers you to fully enjoy a stay in Palermo, among the most suggestive squares, churches and monuments of the city.In the heart of Palermo, M’Place Yellow Apartment is a stone’s throw from the historic city center (10 min walk from the Massimo Theatre) and not far from the main urban transport lines and links with the airport (500 mt.).

The space

The accommodation, just renovated and ready to welcome you (from July 2020), is a brand new 60m² apartment. The attention to detail, the exclusivity of the furnishings, the choice of colors and materials enhance a comfortable living space, intimate and pleasant to live.

Located on the 6th floor of the building (with lift), M’Place is composed of a living room with a sofa bed, a TV, a dining table and an equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom.

M’Place is perfect for a young couple in love or a new family with a child. But it‘s also designed to accommodate a family with two children or up to 4 people. Indeed, the living area is equipped with a sofa bed which if necessary can become a comfortable bed for two people.

The living area is very bright and it has a comfortable sofa bed (for 2 people), a dining table and a equipped kitchen. The kitchen has oven, fridge, gas stove, hob and the need for cooking.

The bedroom, large and very bright, is equipped with air conditioning, TV, a wardrobe, a dresser and two bedside tables, as well as a comfortable double bed and a balcony with a suggestive view over the city.

The bathroom is cozy and has a large shower, hairdryer and linen.

M’Place is equipped with unlimited Wi-Fi.

Guest access

Guests have independent access and have their own apartment, with all related services.

Check-in is possible from 16:00 to 18:00.
Check-out before 11.00 is required.
