Very clean and comfortable in a great neighborhood. The balcony is gorgeous and the kitchen and bathroom are both large and useful. Dario was a great host!
chose to stay in zisa in palermo to be away from the hustle and noise of city center and i made the right choice! dario’s place is on a very unassuming location in zisa but after arriving, i discovered so many local hidden gems within walking distance. his space is immaculately clean, comfortable, and provided a very welcome retreat from the hot sicilian summer sun. i got what i wanted from my trip to palermo while staying at dario’s: safety, comfort, and great air conditioning. thanks again, dario!

It was a pleasant stay. Facility was clean and tidy. Host was friendly and responsive. Pretty good location (about 10 minutes to the Historical Center). Safe neighborhood. The apartment building is very neat. Few department stores nearby. Worth staying.
Die Wohnung ist super, geräumig und man fühlt sich wohl. Der Vermieter ist super schnell erreichbar und meldet sich bei Fragen in den nächsten 10min. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage für Bus und Bahnverbindung, auch zu Fuß ist vieles entspannt zu erreichen. Allerdings waren die Nachbar des Mehrfamilienhauses ziemlich laut, allerdings nicht wirklich nach 22h. Eine Nacht hatten die Nachbar Spaß bei lautem Karaoke, sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Dario est très réactif, nous avions des réponses aux messages moins de 5 minutes après envoi Le logement est complétement conforme à l’annonce et il est très propre !!! c’est très agréable! les deux couchages sont confortables et l’appartement est bien équipé Géographiquement, nous avons pu tout faire à pied sur Palerme, l’emplacement était idéal Aussi, le fait qu’il soit au 6ème étage avec balcon est un gros plus ! Nous recommandons sans aucun problème cet appartement

Un bel appartement refait à neuf, propre, bien équipé, avec cuisine-salon et une grande chambre. Au 6ième étage avec ascenseur : pas de bruit.

Piękny apartament, świetny dizajn, wygodne łóżko, ekstra widok z balkonu gdzie można zjeść śniadanie! Włoska kawa do zrobienia w kawiarce. Cicho, klimatyzacja, pełne wyposażenie, duży prysznic. Bezpieczna okolica. Woda w lodówce to też miłe zaskoczenie. Polecam bardzo!

Kurz und knapp, tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage, alles sehr neuwertig eingerichtet, zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten sowohl am nächsten Bahnhof als auch an der Oper. Lediglich ein zweiter Satz Bettwäsche wäre noch nett gewesen wenn man nicht als Paar reist 🙂
Haben uns in seinem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt, zudem war ein frühzeitiger Check-In möglich. Sollte ich Palermo nochmal besuchen, würde ich das Apartment erneut buchen!

The apartment was super nice,very clean.Bed was comfortable and kitchen has everything you need. Balcony is the best! It feels like home.Perfect place!
Everything was great from the beginning. Easy check-in, apartment was exactly like the photos, even more spacious in real. Everything worked well and the apartment is walkable to the city center.

Everything was excellent. Great location, parking easy to find on the street. You also have 2 parking lots very close to the building, 15eur/24h. The apartment really has everything you need, they provided a baby crib in excellent condition, sheets very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent, they set up a webpage with a lot of info – apartment access, where to eat, etc. They also had an electrical heater besides the AC, that helped us heat up the bathroom for our baby boy. We traveled in feb, so it was needed a bit.
Apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko centrum i różnych atrakcji. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy. Jeśli ktoś planuje przyjazd z małym dzieckiem to jest to idealne miejsce ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami dla maluchów. Jeśli mieli byśmy wybierać po raz drugi na pewno wybrali byśmy ten apartament.

Dario era sempre raggiungibile. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio nell’appartamento. Era molto pulito e c’era tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Consiglieremmo sicuramente questa sistemazione.
We liked our stay at this apartment. It was modern, spacious and very clean. It‘s not quite in the city center, but you only have to walk like 15-20 minutes and we spotted many cute restaurants and café‘s and bars on the way! The neighborhood was quiet and there was a trainstation nearby (ca. 4-5 minutes away) and also bus stations around the corner. Definitely recommend!

La casa è arredata bene, ad oggi è nuova e ha tutti i servizi funzionanti. Ho trovato diverse cose utilizzabili che non mi aspettavo. Ottima organizzazione ed ospitalità

L’appartement est très propre, grand et bien meublé avec tous les équipement nécessaire pour un séjour long. L’appartement est aussi bien situé dans un quartier calme, proche du centre ville et de plusieurs commerces et restaurants. L’immeuble dispose d’un ascenseur et il est très calme. Je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno perfetto nell’appartamento Yellow di M’Place che è situato nel centro di Palermo. La casa è situata a soli 5 minuti dal Teatro Massimo e dalla stazione di Palermo Lolli, che offre un facile collegamento all'aeroporto, la posizione è semplicemente ideale. L'appartamento è spazioso, ben arredato e pulito. È dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari per un soggiorno senza preoccupazioni, dalla cucina completamente attrezzata agli asciugamani freschi. Le due grandi terrazze offrono una vista incantevole sulla città, aggiungendo un tocco di magia all'esperienza. Il check-in e il check-out senza contatto sono stati semplici e veloci, consentendoci grande autonomia. Apartment was well kitted out, spotless and on a quiet street. For us it was slightly further out from the main streets of Palermo than we realised but worth the walk if you want somewhere quiet
