chose to stay in zisa in palermo to be away from the hustle and noise of city center and i made the right choice! dario’s place is on a very unassuming location in zisa but after arriving, i discovered so many local hidden gems within walking distance. his space is immaculately clean, comfortable, and provided a very welcome retreat from the hot sicilian summer sun. i got what i wanted from my trip to palermo while staying at dario’s: safety, comfort, and great air conditioning. thanks again, dario!
Great place to stay in Sicily. You can get in the city center very quick by walk.
Cet appartement est absolument parfait, pratique et très bien décoré. Ideal pour profiter de Palerme en toute sécurité et très proche des lieux touristiques. De plus, Dario est aux petits soins pour ses hôtes. Un plaisir de séjourner dans ce cadre.
It was a pleasant stay. Facility was clean and tidy. Host was friendly and responsive. Pretty good location (about 10 minutes to the Historical Center). Safe neighborhood. The apartment building is very neat. Few department stores nearby. Worth staying.
Die Wohnung ist super, geräumig und man fühlt sich wohl. Der Vermieter ist super schnell erreichbar und meldet sich bei Fragen in den nächsten 10min. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Lage für Bus und Bahnverbindung, auch zu Fuß ist vieles entspannt zu erreichen. Allerdings waren die Nachbar des Mehrfamilienhauses ziemlich laut, allerdings nicht wirklich nach 22h. Eine Nacht hatten die Nachbar Spaß bei lautem Karaoke, sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans ce logement ! Dario est très réactif, nous avions des réponses aux messages moins de 5 minutes après envoi Le logement est complétement conforme à l’annonce et il est très propre !!! c’est très agréable! les deux couchages sont confortables et l’appartement est bien équipé Géographiquement, nous avons pu tout faire à pied sur Palerme, l’emplacement était idéal Aussi, le fait qu’il soit au 6ème étage avec balcon est un gros plus ! Nous recommandons sans aucun problème cet appartement
Bel appartement mais éloigné des transports en commun
Un bel appartement refait à neuf, propre, bien équipé, avec cuisine-salon et une grande chambre. Au 6ième étage avec ascenseur : pas de bruit.
Sehr ruhige Umgebung. Alles war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und der Kontakt lief reibungslos. Gerne wieder! Danke an den Gastgeber.
Piękny apartament, świetny dizajn, wygodne łóżko, ekstra widok z balkonu gdzie można zjeść śniadanie! Włoska kawa do zrobienia w kawiarce. Cicho, klimatyzacja, pełne wyposażenie, duży prysznic. Bezpieczna okolica. Woda w lodówce to też miłe zaskoczenie. Polecam bardzo!
Super Unterkunft, ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral. Nur schade, dass wir für eine extra Bettwäsche 12€ zahlen mussten. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen
Ottimo soggiorno, posizione comoda a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico a altri servizi! Casa molto pulita e funzionale!
Kurz und knapp, tolle Unterkunft, tolle Lage, alles sehr neuwertig eingerichtet, zu Fuß innerhalb von 5 Minuten sowohl am nächsten Bahnhof als auch an der Oper. Lediglich ein zweiter Satz Bettwäsche wäre noch nett gewesen wenn man nicht als Paar reist 🙂
Haben uns in seinem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt, zudem war ein frühzeitiger Check-In möglich. Sollte ich Palermo nochmal besuchen, würde ich das Apartment erneut buchen!

Everything was great from the beginning. Easy check-in, apartment was exactly like the photos, even more spacious in real. Everything worked well and the apartment is walkable to the city center.

Everything was excellent. Great location, parking easy to find on the street. You also have 2 parking lots very close to the building, 15eur/24h. The apartment really has everything you need, they provided a baby crib in excellent condition, sheets very clean. Communication with the owner was excellent, they set up a webpage with a lot of info – apartment access, where to eat, etc. They also had an electrical heater besides the AC, that helped us heat up the bathroom for our baby boy. We traveled in feb, so it was needed a bit.
Apartament spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania, znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko centrum i różnych atrakcji. Kontakt z właścicielem bezproblemowy. Jeśli ktoś planuje przyjazd z małym dzieckiem to jest to idealne miejsce ze wszystkimi udogodnieniami dla maluchów. Jeśli mieli byśmy wybierać po raz drugi na pewno wybrali byśmy ten apartament.

Dario era sempre raggiungibile. Ci siamo sentiti molto a nostro agio nell’appartamento. Era molto pulito e c’era tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno. Consiglieremmo sicuramente questa sistemazione.
We liked our stay at this apartment. It was modern, spacious and very clean. It‘s not quite in the city center, but you only have to walk like 15-20 minutes and we spotted many cute restaurants and café‘s and bars on the way! The neighborhood was quiet and there was a trainstation nearby (ca. 4-5 minutes away) and also bus stations around the corner. Definitely recommend!

Una struttura nuova ed accogliente
La casa è arredata bene, ad oggi è nuova e ha tutti i servizi funzionanti. Ho trovato diverse cose utilizzabili che non mi aspettavo. Ottima organizzazione ed ospitalità
J’ai passé plusieurs jours dans cet appartement et globalement mon séjour s’est bien passé. L’appartement est très propre, grand et bien meublé avec tous les équipement nécessaire pour un séjour long. L’appartement est aussi bien situé dans un quartier calme, proche du centre ville et de plusieurs commerces et restaurants. L’immeuble dispose d’un ascenseur et il est très calme. Je recommande sans hésiter cet appartement.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno perfetto nell’appartamento Yellow di M’Place che è situato nel centro di Palermo. La casa è situata a soli 5 minuti dal Teatro Massimo e dalla stazione di Palermo Lolli, che offre un facile collegamento all'aeroporto, la posizione è semplicemente ideale. L'appartamento è spazioso, ben arredato e pulito. È dotato di tutti gli accessori necessari per un soggiorno senza preoccupazioni, dalla cucina completamente attrezzata agli asciugamani freschi. Le due grandi terrazze offrono una vista incantevole sulla città, aggiungendo un tocco di magia all'esperienza. Il check-in e il check-out senza contatto sono stati semplici e veloci, consentendoci grande autonomia. La proprietà è stata estremamente disponibile e pronta a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande tramite chat. Consigliamo molto questo appartamento a chiunque desideri visitare Palermo. A Perfect Retreat in the Heart of Palermo I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful apartment in Palermo that I booked through an online platform, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I entered the apartment, I was blown away by its spaciousness, incredible mountain views, and unbeatable location in the city center. The apartment boasted a well-equipped kitchen, allowing me to prepare my own meals with ease. The modern appliances, ample counter space, and a variety of cookware made cooking a pleasure. The big sitting room was a real highlight of the apartment. With its comfortable furnishings and plenty of space, it provided a perfect retreat to relax and unwind after a day of exploring Palermo. Whether I wanted to read a book, watch a movie, or simply admire the breath-taking view, the sitting room offered the ideal setting. The apartment itself was tastefully decorated and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Apartment was well kitted out, spotless and on a quiet street. For us it was slightly further out from the main streets of Palermo than we realised but worth the walk if you want somewhere quiet
Very conveniently located for trips to the old town, with a nice balcony to chill out in, and an AirCon to keep us cool at night! Only slight hitch, which isn’t Dario’s fault, is that the street the property is on is quite filthy, and you need watch out for dog poo on the pavement. The property and the building are squeaky clean, it’s just the street which is a bit filthy.
Lage ideal und sehr ruhig, vom Bahnhof Lolli nur 5 Min. entfernt, Sehenswürdigkeiten/Supermärkte zu Fuß gut erreichbar, Kontakt umgehend, ein früherer Bezug war glücklicherweise möglich, Außenjalousien, Klima- bzw. Heizungsanlage reagiert schnell, Ich bin von meinem Aufenthalt (2 Wochen) völlig begeistert und genieße die Fotos, die ich vom Balkon aus gemacht habe.
The apartment is great. You have everything you need and the location is perfect to see Palermo. The city centre can easily be reached by food.
Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Sehr sauber, gut ausgestattete Küche, das Bett bequem. Die Wohnung ist per Aufzug erreichbar. In einer Bewertung ist zu lesen, dass man die Nachbarn hören würde. Ich denke das ist allgemein der Bauweise in Italien geschuldet. Ich empfand es als nicht störend. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung sich in einer Nebenstraße befinde. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind Fuss sehr gut zu erreichbar, ebenso die Promenade am Meer. In der Nähe gibt u.a. ein gut sortiertes Lebensmittelgeschäft, eine Bäckerei und eine Apotheke. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich auf der Hauptverkehrsstraße ca. 100 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Vom Flughafen aus kann man mit dem Zug zur Stazzione Lolli fahren und ist dann nach ca. 5 Minuten bei der Wohnung. Die Kommunikation mit Dario verlief reibungslos und er antwortete innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Ich habe mich wohl und sicher gefühlt und werde beim nächsten Aufenthalt gerne wieder diese Wohnung buchen.
Excellent stay in a modern city centre apartment
The apartment is in excellent condition – well designed, modern, new furniture, clean and comfortable. Air Con was good and most welcome even in October (go for this over open windows at night as there are plenty of mosquitoes). The apartment is in a modern block with good sound insulation and in a quiet street. Lovely bathroom – shower was hot and powerful, plus toiletries and nice quality towels and a window that opened. The bed was comfortable and a good size, there is loads of wardrobe and drawer space. There is a balcony in the bedroom and main room – both with city views. WiFi worked well all the time. The kitchen was good and basics like salt, pepper, oils and some tea/coffee and a bottle of water was all available on arrival. There were good facilities like an iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, airer for the laundry etc.. The host was friendly and accommodating. The location was good with nearby restaurants, ATM, post office and supermarket, and about a 10 min walk to the airport bus stop (Politeama). It's about 20 minute walk to the old town and 30 minute walk to Central Station but the streets can be a bit confusing (we never got hold of a map and EE let me down on the data roaming). Palermo was a great place to visit – beautiful city, good weather, amazing food and such welcoming friendly people.
Die Wohnung war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Check in und out hat super geklappt. Zu bestimmten Zeiten gibts auch Parkplätze vorm Haus. In 15 min ist man im Geschehen der Stadt.
Sehr saubere, helle und moderne Wohnung. Der Ausblick ist unglaublich schön. Dazu ist die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße gelegen, wobei dennoch alles fußläufig erreichbar ist. Supermärkte und Bahnhof „Lolli“ sind quasi in unmittelbarer Nähe , wodurch die Wohnung super vom Flughafen aus erreichbar ist. Das einzige zu erwähnende „Manko“ ist, dass die Wohnung recht hellhörig ist, man die Nachbarn also recht deutlich hört. Ansonsten hatte die Wohnung alles was man braucht, von der Küchenausstattung über Handtücher bis hinzu extra Decken und Kissen. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Dario ist ein super Gastgeber und sehr bemüht 🙂 Ingesamt ist die Wohnung wirklich sehr zu empfehlen!

Probably one of the best holiday apartments I have stayed in, modern, comfortable, well equipped, quite and secure. The apartment is on the 6th floor but lift takes you up to outside the apartment door. Supermarket 5 minutes away on Via Dante and there is a baker shop at the end of street on Via Malaspina. A bus stop is just outside the baker shop and about 4 buses pass there and the 101 which we used quite a bit travels through the city to central station.
Abbiamo utilizzato 2 appartamenti, perfetti in tutto…sono entrambi l'ideale se si vuole viaggiare con amici perché sono vicini..molto luminosi, totalmente ristrutturati con ogni confort. Il proprietario estremamente disponibile. PALERMO merita di essere visitata perché è bellissima e la posizione di questi appartamenti è eccelente
